About Us
Studio L’ght is a collaboration between two alumnis of the Mackintosh School of Architecture, Glasgow School of Art. We are passionate about modern architectural design, yet we also recognize value in heritage and architecture of the past. We care about the environment and feel a strong obligation to operate in ways that do not hurt it. Our research is focused on finding zero or low carbon impact construction methods, but this does not limit our creativity; rather, it enhances it.
Our purpose is to design architecture that fulfills our client’s needs, that satisfies both visually and fulfil its functions. The follows a strong concept with an overarching idea. It reflects our clients’ lifestyle, style and needs. Our work aspires to find balance between the manmade and natural environment, whether it comes through spatial design, material choices, or play of light.
Our knowledge and taste for good architecture is updated through travelling. We are very passionate about seeing, feeling, being present in cities and spaces that bring us inspiration for new concepts. We are prepared to release our creativity anywhere in the world.
