A family member reached out to us to see whether we could help him to remodel his existing flat layout to house additional small bedroom, so his kids could both benefit from their study rooms and bedrooms. We have drawn up a couple of options illustrating different scopes of work. Eventually it was concluded that just by removing a single wall in the middle of the house, and building another wall to divide a large existing bedroom with added window we were able to achieve the clients brief in a very straightforward manner. He was extremely satisfied with open plan space in the middle of the flat with access to garden as a result. Sometimes the solutions are very simple, yet they completely transform the way you live and use your available space.
